This was a productive week for the main house. Monday was spent prepping for the truss install. Blocking was cut, and some final frame details were taken care of. The crane arrived Tuesday morning and the crew got straight to work setting the trusses over the jr. master, and then moved on to the garage/guest trusses. By the end of the day they had everything set over the kitchen as well. The crane will return in a couple weeks to set the large glulam and steel beams. We also took delivery of the remaining roof framing package which the crew will hand frame once the trusses are completely set and braced. The excavator prepped the garage slab; the insulator was scheduled for this morning to spray the underslab insulation, but has to reschedule due to rain. We are hoping for a window of nice weather next week to pour the slab. The fascia on the ARU is going up so we can get the roof dried in, and subs roughing in.
