Zimmerman 3/23/17

This has been a very busy week for all trades. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, AV, fire sprinklers, the mason, and roofers were all on site, not to mention the crew working on interior timbers and exterior finish. The electricians have mostly wrapped up pulling wire to all the outlets and lights on the east side of the house, and the plumber will be done with water lines on that side of the house by the end of this week. HVAC continues to run duct work for bathrooms fans, and to cut in RA ducts. Fire sprinkler pipes are being roughed in on that side of the house as well. The roofers are moving towards the west side of the house, and, weather permitting, will complete the remaining EPDM membranes over the flat pergola roofs by the end of the week. Window trim continues on the exterior, and the crew is also installing various remaining pieces of fascia that must be coordinated with the roofers. The mason is biulding the great room isokern fireplace, so we’ll be ready for the IronHaus doors to go in just prior to starting interior stone work. We will measure and order doors for the ARU early next week, and the interior trim package is on its way; this will allow us to get started on some stain samples jambs and trim.
