We had a busy site this week. The framers returned for some punch list framing items, and the timber crew continued working on the roof over the kitchen pergola. The exterior finish crew wrapped up all the fascia, and most of the soffit, at the front of the house. HVAC and plumbing subs continue their rough-in work, getting the RA ducts on the west end of the house, and beginning to run water lines throughout. The fire sprinkler crew is expected next week, and we hope to have VP and Video Vision on site as well, coordinating panel and main line layout. The insulator returned to spray foam the ARU garage/living wall, as well as the crawlspace foundation walls. The sheetrock crew has been taping and mudding the joints, and will return early next week to skim and texture the walls. JH Kitchen & Bath was on site Wednesday to go over the plans and to field measure for both buildings. Mountain Top Tile will be on site tomorrow to start prepping the shower there, and has all the tile on order for both buildings.
