The drywall is getting taped on the main floor, and then they will start the texture. The tile sub. is working in the Master and Guest Master Baths. The HVAC crew has fired up the floor heat, and they are adjusting the boiler temp. and making sure the upstairs is warm enough to acclimate the wood flooring. The masons have gotten started inside, and have installed the stone veneer in the Dining Room. They will start in the Master Bedroom next week, after they get the stone hearth installed and we re-install the steel facade and fireplace doors. The carpenters are done with the wood ceiling in the upstairs hall, and are working on the ceiling over the stairwell. The timber rafters are being installed in the Family Room. Some of the walnut wainscot is also installed in the Kid’s Baths, and they are continuing with that so that the vanities may be installed. – – – Dave
