The electricians were absent this week due to the flu going around, but the plumbers made some great progress running waste and vent pipes throughout the main house. We had a few productive meetings with them regarding overall plans, roof/wall penetrations, and main lines. Also met again with Rocky Mountain Heating to confirm and finalize furnace, RA/supply, and AC condenser locations. All of these items will be reviewed again tomorrow with on site with Kurt. The carpenters continued with the fascia and soffit, making their way around the back side of the house to the kitchen. Extremely high winds forced them back inside for a few days working on window and exterior door install. They also have fully enclosed the main house garage with a temporary door and blue board. Work continued on the milling and install of exterior timbers, despite rough weather yesterday and today. We’ve had about 8″ of snow since last night at the site, and it’s still snowing! Supposed to continue through the weekend and early next week.
