Bob & Stacey –

The carpenters are continuing with the interior trim upstairs, and in the Guest Master Suite.  The siding crew is working around to the back of the house on the west side, and they will have 3 more carpenters joining them on Monday.  They delivered another man-lift today for the 2nd crew.  The wood flooring crew has finished the installation of the wood flooring in the basement – except for the stairwell – and were sanding the Library & Bob’s Office today.  The tile crew is prepping the showers in the basement.  We’ve removed the 4 countertops upstairs, and will be replacing the sub-tops and cutting the cabinets where necessary for the new sinks.  The glass wall at the Exercise Room will be installed tomorrow.  The drywall in the Living Room and Stairwell is taped, and the metal has been installed on the edges, and texture is next.  The spray foam is installed at the hot tub area on the east terrace, the wire mesh is down, and the HVAC crew is installing the tubing.  The excavator will be trenching for the hydronic lines from the front entry to the crawlspace tomorrow, and then those lines will be tied in.  The electricians are continuing with trim out, and work in the Mechanical Room.  Rodger is working away in the Mud Room on the cabinets – a time consuming install with all of the scribing to fit the cabinets to the reclaimed oak paneling – but it’s looking great.  You should be getting photos from Berlin on the Wine Room samples, hopefully we get the go ahead soon so the cabinet maker can finish those cabinets!  Felt like summer today, mid-80’s.  The river should peak this weekend.  The Gros Ventre River has washed out a section of the road to Kelly.  – – Dave
