Bob & Stacey –

Starting to feel a bit more like summer, with temps. this week near 70º.  The east slab area is prepped, and the spray foam under the snowmelt areas will be installed tomorrow.  The excavator is prepping the hot tub enclosure for the slab, which will be poured at the same time as the terrace.  After the spray foam, the wire mesh will be installed, and then the hydronic tubing for the snow melt areas will be tied to the mesh.  Should be pouring the slab later next week.  The siding crew is finishing up the vertical siding on the Guest Master wing, and will be moving around to the north side of the house.  Inside, the carpenters are installing trim upstairs, and door hardware throughout the house.  The wood floor crew is finishing up both the upstairs hall and the main floor gallery, and starting on the basement wood flooring.  The drywall is installed in the Living Room, and they are taping the seams ahead of doing the texture.  Roger is back installing cabinets, and the remodeled appliance garage cabinets will be back next week.  The masons will start the stone floor in the Mud Room as soon as the cabinets are done there.  The Laundry Room countertops have been templated, and will soon be in production.  The electricians are installing the recessed lights upstairs and on the main level, and finishing out the panels in the Mechanical Room.  The landscaper is moving his topsoil screen onsite tomorrow, and will start screening topsoil.  – – – Dave
