Bob & Stacey –
The carpenters are continuing with the interior trim on the upper level, and the siding crew has arrived and is starting on the Guest Master wing. The door between the Mud Room and the Garage is installed, as are the two doors at the Trash Room. We have started to clear out the Garage, in preparation of getting that area finished. The flooring installers have sanded and finished the Guest Master Suite, and are working in the Gallery. They will be sanding and finishing the Library and Bob’s Office next week, in addition to continuing in the Gallery. Roger is working in the Mud Room, but unfortunately got sick mid-week and headed back to SLC. He will be back Tues. with help to make up for the lost time, and to help with the larger units. The masons finished up in the Living Room, and are working on finishing up some of the exterior areas. The electricians have started to trim out the outlets and switches upstairs, and working on all of the panels in the Mechanical Room. The drywall crew is finishing the drywall in the Living Room, and the basement is all textured and sanded, ready for paint. The glass wall at the Exercise Room is schedule to be installed early next week – Tuesday. The excavator is prepping the East Terrace and hot tub area, and should finish up this weekend. He was going to finish today, but rained out. Cold and wet today, but supposed to clear out for the weekend and be pretty nice. Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend! – – – Dave
