Bob & Stacey –

The framing crew made good progress this week, despite the wet weather.  The weekend is supposed to be clear, so they will be working both days as they are as anxious to get under cover as we are.  They are working on 1st floor walls, and the roof framing over the Guest Master wing.  The two north retaining walls and the concrete piers on the north and east sides of the house were poured last Friday.  Pete was able to backfill the piers on Monday, but was pretty much shut down by the rain and snow for the rest of the week.  He should be back this coming Monday after the site dries out a bit.  We received the rest of the lower roof trusses this week, and today got some critical glulam beams for the 2nd floor deck framing.  We are expecting our third timber delivery on Monday. The Zola window order has been placed, with the interior paint color and the hardware decisions to be made when we meet next week to finalize the process.  Ordered the fascia and soffit, and should have that onsite in about 3 weeks.   Look forward to seeing you Monday morning onsite!   – – -Dave
