Great progress this week on the framing, with 2nd floor walls going up, and timbers at the upper level also. The tall walls on the main level are also being framed. Will be setting some of the upper level trusses next week. The soffit material showed up, and the fascia will be delivered next week. I worked with the electrician this week getting some more power lines run into the house for electric heaters, so we can start to heat sections of the house as we get them enclosed, and start the subs. on roughing-in. Awarded the cabinet bid to Falls Cabinets, and they are currently pricing the alternates and changes you requested. Just got the revised interior door pricing, and will be sending you an updated Subcontractor Bid Status spreadsheet early next week. Nice weather all week, with snow coming in tomorrow and Saturday. – – – Dave
