This week was another cold one – more snow in the forecast for the weekend. The electrical in the Master wing is mostly complete, and the heating crew continues to install ductwork in the crawlspace. After meeting with the Plumber, the fixtures are mostly decided; he’ll start working on the final order. The crew made progress inside and out, framing in the 1/2 wall in the upstairs bathroom, blocking out for the medicine cabinets, and framing the pocket door in the master bathroom. They also finished the soffit on the under-sides of the decks, and continue the siding on that side of the house. We expect the roofer on Monday to install the waterproof membrane on the decks, and then the rest of the deck framing and decking will follow. The mason, insulator and drywall sub have been notified of the progress and put on the schedule for the upcoming month.
