The steel panels are done on the chimney up to the roof. We should have the section done above the roof by mid-next week. The painters are on final touch-up. The plumbers are done with trim-out, and the HVAC crew will do their trim-out next week. The electricians are back onsite today, installing fixtures and finishing trim-out. The carpet is scheduled to arrive between the 18th and 20th this month, so it will be installed by the time you arrive! I will let Steve O’Brien know that he can start his work. The windows sashes from Pella, for the Screened Porch screen windows, are scheduled to arrive next week. – – – Dave
