Good progress this week on landscaping and cabinets. Woodland cabinetry has all the cabinets installed except for the entry closet and the floating shelves in the bedrooms They’ll be back in a week to finish those up. The painters have been chipping away at more prep, and painting the living room. They will keep working next week, but will have to pull off to make room for the floor finisher starting on Wednesday. Dan was able to template the remaining countertops and send those off for fabrication. The electricians delivered all the Lutron shades and are storing them in the bedroom for a couple weeks until we are ready to install them. O’Brien finished the irrigation system, and had four loads of topsoil delivered so he can finish covering the sod areas around the entry, as well as the berm. He also took delivery of all the trees; we placed them and he planted them the same day. The sheetrock crew was finally able to hang the rest of the exterior sheetrock on the north porch soffit, and they’ll return next week to mud and tape. Both AC condensers were also delivered and will be hooked up when the HVAC crew returns for trim out. It’s been a rainy past couple days here, and we’re expecting overnight temperatures into the 20’s this weekend. Just hoping it doesn’t turn in to snow!
