The carpenters are continuing with the exterior trim around the windows, and after going over details today with Chris, will be starting the siding later today. The electricians have started their rough-in, and the service equipment is all mounted, with the electrical enclosure framed around it. The plumbing and heating subs. will start next week. The roofers will also be back to install the metal on the lower roofs, and the shakes on the upper roof. The site is drying out, and the mason’s will be starting as soon as the roofers get an area done, so they are not working over them. We also need to get a temp. pump set in the well, so that the mason’s have water. Weber Drilling will be out early next week to get that taken care of. – – -Dave
