The framing crew is closing up the upper roof on the house, and building the ridge vents, along with framing the lower roofs at the Entry, Screened Porch, and Laundry Rm. They have also been installing blocking and structural straps and hold downs, and will have an inspection Tuesday morning on wall and roof sheathing, so that they can start covering up with building wrap on the walls, and be ready for the roofer to cover the roof – once the fascia is installed. The stain colors have been sent to the pre-stainer, and we should be seeing the exterior finish package in a few weeks. The windows are scheduled to arrive on the 28th of this month. – – – Dave
