We’re only hitting the mid-40’s, but it feels like spring. The fascia showed up late last week, and most of it is installed already. The upper roof fascia is done, and the roofers will start tomorrow drying-in the roof. The rest of the cedar package – siding, trim, and soffit, showed up today. The windows were delivered yesterday. As soon as the roof is dried-in, the crew will start soffit, and installing windows. A lot of the subcontractors are on spring break, and we should be ready for rough-in of the electrical, heating, and plumbing in a few weeks, so that timing works out great. The pace is going to pick-up when the subs. start to do the rough-in, so expect more questions in the near future! The carpentry crew is going to grow a bit too, as now there is a lot to do. – – Dave
