The wood flooring is done on the main level, and the installer is starting on the balcony. The trim on the doors and windows is done, along with the baseboard upstairs. The baseboard in the wood flooring area will follow, after the floor is sanded and finished. The barn wood has been installed in the Jr. Master and Master Bedrooms – it looks great! We are still waiting on the last pieces of tile for the Master Bath floor, and the Powder Room. The drywall sub. is almost done finishing the drywall in the Master Bath to the metal trim around the shower and interior windows. The painters are continuing with the staining/lacquering of the interior trim. The upstairs bath vanities arrived this week, and are installed. We are still waiting on the Master Bath and Kitchen, which were supposed to be in this first delivery. The cabinet maker should have an update to me by tomorrow on the schedule. Neal is ready to template, once the cabinets are installed. – – – Dave
