Edward finished the oak paneling in the master this week – and the cabinet guys mostly finished up the remaining details. They will be back Monday for the final touch up. The plumber finished up all the faucets, sinks, shower components, and master tub, and turned the water on. The mechanical crew finalized and turned on the HVAC system, and got both fireplaces up and running. Mountain Top Tile installed the backsplash tile – they’ll return next week for the grout. The countertops were all installed Tuesday and looks great! The appliances were installed (except the range and dishwasher and BBQ) – JB will be back Monday to wrap those pieces up. Shower glass in the guest bathrooms was installed, and they’ll be back next week to install the master glass. Carpet in both guest bedrooms was installed. Fence wire and gates complete. We also had the steel fireplace surround for the master measured and templated – they will install it around the 8th, and then measure for the living room steel once the concrete hearth is in.
