The painters continue to stain and lacquer the trim, windows, doors and railing. Woodworld is back on site today putting some finishing touches on the cabinetry, and installing the bench in the upstairs closet. The countertop crew is also here to install the ledge in the pantry, and to measure and template for the countertop piece for the outside grill. The HVAC guys installed the exterior grill hood and vent pipe, so now we’re ready for the “chimney” cap, tile, and remaining siding. The plumber has been on site installing sinks, shower/tub trim and faucets. Amerigas hooked up the propane line to the house, so we’re ready to start firing up and checking appliances as they are installed. The driveway asphalt was laid this morning, and the landscape/terrace crew is making their way around the guest bedroom area.
