The landscapers are really making progress with the infill dirt, topsoil, and terraces. The stone step at the front terrace was set on Tuesday and the terraces have filled in around it. The interior metal handrail was mocked up and measured in preparation for fabrication and powder coating. The countertop install crew returned to install the last pieces of ledge and backsplash, and they installed the exterior countertop at the grill. The tile guys are returning tomorrow to complete the kitchen backsplash and the grill surround. The electrician has been plugging away at his trim out, installing lights, switches and receptacles where he can. The painter has stained all the trim, lacquered almost everything, and anticipates he will start the final coat of paint on Monday.
