It’s been a few weeks since my last update, but now that the ceiling/soffit material has arrived, I though I’d better get with it again. The carpenters have now finished the ceiling and soffit areas, and only have some exterior deck boards to install, and the int. trim, remaining for their work. The drywall has been installed on the interior, and it is now being taped and finished. The wood flooring is about 2 weeks out, so will have a little lag time on the interior between when the walls have been painted and the flooring will start. The painter is working on stain samples for the exterior, and a match for the ceilings inside. I will let you know when we have them ready for your review. – – -Dave
