The drywall finishers will be done with the main level today, and the painters will be starting on Monday with the ceilings and 1st coat on the walls. The drywall finishers will be starting tape and texture on the areas in the basement that were formerly barn wood today. The int. trim carpenters have installed the barn wood on the Office ceiling, and are working on the beam wraps in there. The front door was installed this week, and the masons are working on the Front Entry Porch. They have the flagstone installed, and are working on the low wall along the front of the porch. The cabinet installer has vanities done in the basement, except for the one that is being repainted. The Laundry Room is installed, and the entertainment center in the Den/Game Room is partially done. The plumbers have set both tubs in the basement baths. The tub for Bath 112 had a crack in it, so it is being reordered. The HVAC crews are continuing with their rough-in in the 2 Mechanical Rooms. The radiant heat crew is done for now, and the forced air is still being finished up. The mock-up for the interior railings is onsite, and we can look at that Tuesday morning. – – – Dave
