The windows are being installed, and by the end of tomorrow, most of them will be in. They look great! The soffit crew is moving around the house, making good progress. The plumbers passed rough-in inspection this week, and hopefully the electricians will do so next week, and then we can start insulating. The HVAC crew is just about done with the radiant tubing, with the Living Room and Office remaining. The excavator will be back onsite on Monday, and will rough grade starting at the deck retaining wall on the north side, and then move CW around the house. That will allow the mason to start on the chimney on Tuesday. We’ve received one bid on the beam wraps, and should have a second bid early next week. Both bidders will supply samples for review. We also have bids on the barn wood paneling and ceilings, which we will discuss with the beam wraps. The front entry porch and the crawlspace north foundation wall will be poured tomorrow morning. – – – Dave
