A cold, and busy, week. The garage slab was poured on Monday, along with the footing for the crawlspace north wall. Both areas were heated for 72 hours, and then we covered the garage slab this morning, just in time for the windows and ext. doors to be delivered. The north wall of the crawlspace, and the entry porch, will be poured next Wed. The carpenters worked on fascia and soffit, and installing pocket door kits and interior punch list framing. The HVAC crew is installing the hydronic floor heat tubing in the Warmboard, and should be done with that by later next week. The excavator will be back next week with a larger track hoe, to finish the final rough grading, and work on the driveway area in front of the garage. The mason will also be setting up to start the stone veneer on the chimney and retaining wall. – – – Dave
