Monday morning brought an inch of snow on the ground, but it quickly melted, and the site had two nice sunny days to dry out. We had several productive site meetings with respective trades. Rough-in continues, with electricians, Video Vision, Watchguard, plumbers, HVAC, and fire sprinklers all on site. The east wing has been completed, and we’ve scheduled the partial inspection on that side of the house for tomorrow. Work on the exterior window and door trim, belly band, and outside corner trim is coming along nicely. The roofers have finished all the shakes and metal roofing, except for the two small areas flanking the great room chimney. The ARU interior trim package is expected tomorrow or Monday, which will allow us to start trimming out over there, and to get started on some stain samples for you for the oak and pine.
