We poured the crawlspace walls on Monday at noon… in 37° temperatures. The weather was cold, wet and windy, but the holddowns and embeds were installed, and the pour went smoothly. The weather the rest of this week has been great. The forms were stripped from the concrete walls on Tuesday morning, and the waterproofing membrane was sprayed on the basement and crawlspace walls on Wednesday. The foundation perimeter drain was installed against the footing on Tuesday, and the crew is installing the drain mat around the basement walls today. The excavator completed his backfill around the ARU earlier this week, and the ARU trusses were delivered yesterday. The framers plan to return to frame the ARU roof today.
