We have had almost summer-like weather so far this week with sunny days and a few afternoon thunderstorms. The site is dry, and the grass is green. The excavator will move back on site next week to do more major digging, and to prep terraces. We have a lot of the rough-in trades trickling in and out over the next few weeks as inspections get passed, and the plumbers will mobilize again next week for the hydronic floor tubing. We’ll start laying the sleepers Monday morning, and tubing should following directly after that. Fire sprinklers were signed off by the fire marshal yesterday, so the insulators arrived today to spray foam the master bedroom and bathroom. They’ll start in on the great room on Monday. Siding is complete around the dining room and should be all done on the main house tomorrow. The tile guys have prepped all the guest wing showers and laid the floor heat mat. The electricians will lay the heat wire tonight, and the floor tile should start tomorrow morning in those bathrooms. All the interior doors at the ARU are hung, and interior closet trim has been installed. Bathroom tile is done over there until the slabs for the threshold arrive.
