Zimmerman 2/16/17

The cold temperatures and sunny skies this week have been a welcome change of scenery. Things are back to normal in the valley, with the only negative residual at the site being the icy parking area. The crew has been back at work on fascia and soffit, rounding the west corner of the house and continuing along the north/west exposure. We also had a crew on timbers at the front entry. They’ve made great progress setting the columns, beams, and purlins, and will frame the roof up tomorrow. VP Electric has all 4 basement sub panels located and installed, and has boxed out outlets in the east wing and basement. Rocky Mountain Heating has located and cut holes for all their duct work in the east wing (for supply and returns). Salmin Mechanical has located and installed all toilet flanges except the guest bedrooms, and has most of their venting in place. Caliber Drywall stocked the guest house with sheetrock today. They will get started hanging in a week or two once Watchguard and Absolute Foam Insulation have wrapped up their remaining tasks there. Things are moving forward!
