Dave is on vacation this week so I am taking over this weeks update. This week the framers continued on the Rumpus Room dormer and roof framing. They also finished the forms for the concrete piers under the Hot Tub Room. We poured the concrete today for the 3 terrace piers, 3 Hot Tub piers and the 4 footing pads in the crawlspace. We also installed the steel post at the edge of the Hot Tub Room. It was quite a feat snaking the concrete tubing down into the crawlspace! We hope to start the CMU block for the fireplace next week. We have had afternoon thunderstorms this week but are managing to keep the house dry. That’s all for now. Steve
