Bob & Stacey –
Framing crew is finishing up the wall framing in the basement, adding blocking and sub fascia to the roofs ahead of installing the fascia and soffit, working on the timber frame at the Family Room Terrace, and working on the framing around the fireplaces. They have held off on installing windows this week, as the interior is a higher priority, getting it ready for rough-in. The masons have 3 of the fireplaces installed, and will start the last one in the Master Bedroom tomorrow. The electrician, plumber, and HVAC subs. are mobilizing and starting their rough-in. We’ve had warmer weather the last few days, which has helped dry out the site. – – – Dave
