The drywall is getting primed, and they should be done with that step by the end of next week, if not sooner. The tile sub. is finishing up the shower pans, and will be ready to start setting tile as soon as it arrives. The door are built, and they are being prepped for hardware. The interior trim package, ceiling material, and barn wood paneling are all ready to be delivered on a days notice. The excavator is scheduled for the week after next (the last week of August!) to hook-up the sewer and gas lines, and finish grade. The fireplace is hooked up, and planning on the framing crew coming back next week to finish enclosing it. ESI is onboard to get the temporary fire and motion sensors installed before the end of Sept. – they will likely install after the priming is done. – – – Dave
