The painters are finishing up the main living area on the 1st floor, and will be moving into the garage next week to finish up that area. The electricians will be onsite next week to do trim-out, and plan on putting 4-5 electricians in the house to do what is available, which will be most of the house. The plumbers will wait until the countertops are done. The cabinet installers were back today, and installed the teak top on the Kitchen island, it looks great. They are working on installing the shelf unit in the closet upstairs, and several other items on their punch list. The driveway has melted out, although I’m not taking the snow blower away yet! As soon as the roof snow is melted, we will get started on the exterior steel panels on the chimney. – – – Dave
