The final foundation concrete pour finally came together Monday morning – the 35 piers were poured, and Ken and I set hardware in each one for the deck beams and roof columns. The piers will be backfilled tomorrow and Monday. We also received the truss package this week in preparation for roof framing. We had a great meeting on site this morning with Pella to confirm all the window/door sizes and details. We should be ready to place that order in the coming week, which puts us just ahead of our anticipated delivery window. We are working on getting cabinet prices from three different millwork shops, as well as countertop pricing, and hope to have something to review by the next OAC.
