Roberts Concrete continued with the foundation work this week, forming the foundation walls and tying in the vertical rebar. We passed the wall inspection Wednesday afternoon, and the concrete trucks arrived early Friday morning to pour. They will strip the forms Saturday and Monday, and we have foundation waterproofing, crawlspace prep, and framing prep on the bill for next week! The floor framing package has been ordered and will also be delivered next week. We’re still a couple weeks out on the Lower Valley and Weber Drilling (well) schedules, but will get by with generators until then.
