Lots of snow on the site now, with 12” falling over the long weekend. The HVAC crew has been on site, continuing to work on ducting in the crawlspace. The plumber finished up the shower drains and shower valves, and the valves for the master tub. Weber Drilling came back on Wednesday to set the well pump, pressure tank, and turn on the water to the house. The tile guys have been prepping the shower walls, building shower pans, and prepping bathroom floors for tile. We should start seeing some of the tile go down next week. The insulators returned for the interior wall sound batts in preparation for Sheetrock. We had a shipment of Sheetrock Thursday, and expect the crew to start hanging Sheetrock on the ceilings early next week. The siding and interior trim package have arrived at the warehouse and should be delivered soon. We’ll store it in the garage until we’re ready for it.
