We had quite a bit of snow this week fall in the valley. Valley Hardwoods has finished with the flooring install. They also completed the install of the wooden floor vents, so everything is ready when they return for sanding and finishing. We then spent half a day covering the flooring with protective ramboard. The tile crew is working on the master shower – the mitered window return that integrates with the niche is a very complicated detail and looks great. They just have the guest shower niches left, and then they’ll grout, seal, and be finished. We should take delivery of the partial interior door package next week and the metal siding will also be delivered and installed.
