Over the past two weeks, we have excavated the north foundation wall, the new kitchen addition, and the new front entry and garage extension. The concrete crew has formed and poured all the exterior footings, and is pouring the garage and kitchen walls, and several piers, today. They will do one final pour next week to finish off the north walls and entry piers. Rusty is busy with demo inside the house. The insulation and sheetrock have all been removed, and the walls and roof will start to come down soon. The subfloor and a few floor joists have been removed to make way for the footings and pony walls inside the crawlspace.
