The carpenters are continuing with the wood beam wraps, and installing the last few pocket doors on the main level. The painters are finishing the doors, starting on the garage finish, and painting trim and final coat on the drywall on the lower level. The cabinet installer has finished setting cabinets in the garage, and the island cabinets have been set in the Master Closet. The tile installers have been working in the Master Bath and Office Bath, and will be starting the tile floor in the Entry/Mud Room/Powder Room this weekend. The countertops are being fabricated, and the last 3 missing sinks will be here early next week. All of the other fixtures and fitting are in, except for a few faucets, which will arrive next week, also. The roofers have finished the standing seam metal roofing, and just have the metal trim around the Entry flat roof to complete. Early next week we will do a site clean-up, and get rid of our scrap wood pile. Then, the wood flooring arrives later in the week.
