The masons are almost finished with the interior rock work. They have the Weathered Buff thin veneer done, and are wrapping up the Montana moss rock. They hope to pour the chimney slab next week, weather permitting. The floor heat cables in the master bath are installed and the floor leveler is over top of that – now tile install will continue next week. The electrician met with Lower Valley on Tuesday for the LED energy star inspection; everything is signed off. The mechanical room floor has been painted, so the plumber brought in the water heater and hooked it up to water and gas lines in the mechanical room. And as of Wednesday, the ditch is full again. It’s almost warm enough for a dip! It’s been a nice week, but we’re expecting a significant amount of rain, and possibly snow higher up, through Monday.
