We had several more inches of snow this week, which always means warmer temperatures. After losing a couple days last week to extreme cold, the warm days are welcomed. Electrical rough-in continues. The plumbing rough-in is complete until we have approval on the fixtures and pricing from Salmin Mechanical. Pending approval, he plans to return mid-next week to install the rough-in valves and the gas line. The duct work continues as well, mostly in the crawlspace at this point. The framing crew has returned to complete some of the interior framing changes (pantry, bunk room, fireplace wall), and to wrap up some original framing still outstanding (decks, media room, kitchen). Door prices and tile prices are in, and I’ll send along to you as soon as I hear back from the subs on a few items of clarification.
