So, this is what your house looks like in -18°. Real winter arrived last week and this week. Lots of snow fell in the valley in the days leading up to Christmas, and it has been extremely cold in the days since. Morning temperatures on the site have been between -20° and -15°. The roofers are finished, and the electrician, plumbers and HVAC continue to work on their rough-in. The forced air supply vent locations have been mostly decided and cut out, and they are starting to install the duct work. The plumbers are making their way through water lines and vent lines. Mike has wired the guest bedroom wing, the upstairs, and most of the media room wing. Door prices and tile prices are trickling in, but cabinet and countertop prices haven’t been submitted.
