The larger framing crew is really making progress, with the roof and wall demolition nearly complete, and the Master wing also nearly complete on the framing. The plumbers installed the under slab plumbing in the Office wing today, and the electricians will run their conduits on Monday, as will the HVAC crew with their hydronic lines. Then we can pour that slab over the utility trench, and get to framing that area. The excavator is working on tying in the new sewer line from the house to the septic tank, and has exposed the foundation along the east side, so that we can waterproof the wall down to the footing. They removed the concrete terrace outside the basement door near the chimney, and the remaining deck piers. – – – Dave
