Late day yesterday getting ready for the final wall pour, setting embeds and blockouts, so the update had to wait until this morning. The pour is scheduled for Monday instead of today, as originally planned. The crew has been hitting it hard – they were still working when I left after 6 last night. After the pour on Monday, they will strip the wall forms, while the insulation sub. gets going on the foundation waterproofing and damp proofing. The Warmboard subfloor will be arriving on Monday, and the rest of the floor framing, and basement and first floor wall framing will also be showing up next week. After the foundation exterior is coated, the excavator will start to prep. the crawlspace and basement areas. Structural steel will be set on the following Monday, after the concrete has been allowed to cure for one week. The timber supplier has been collecting the timber package, and would should be seeing photos soon on that material. Have a great weekend – – – Dave
