The excavator has the driveway done to just before where it forks in front of the house. He’s been held up by the weather this week, but managed to get in full days on Tues. and Wed. We received the Hardscape/Landscape plans from Hershberger, with the structural details for the walls and terraces included. We’re working on getting pricing for this work from the excavator, concrete subcontractor, and mason. Also got a detail on the lighting at the Entry walkway, and will have the electricians price that, also. We also just received new Architectural and Structural Plans, and we’re going through them and adjusting our material take-offs. Working on the timbers first, as they are such an important element, and we want to have our list finalized so we can start shopping.
