Noeleen & Mark –
A little more like winter this week, but the crew kept rolling on the exterior work. The fascia, soffit, and exterior trim around the windows and doors is almost done. The soffit at the Covered Patio will have to wait until the electrician is roughed-in, and we can insulate. The roofers worked the early part of the week, and have finished up the removal of old roofing, and will be back Monday with a load of cedar shakes, and will start installing the new roof. The electricians and plumbers were onsite all week, and kept me busy removing drywall where needed for access. The plumbers will be doing the radiant floor heat installation, also, so we went over hydronic manifold locations today. One will be in the back of Closet 209, and the other new one will be in the Bunk Room, immediately on your left as you enter. Would like to get them all in closets, but that was the best we could do, and it is in a fairly low visibility area. I did just receive a new finish sample from Woodland Cabinetry, which looks like a perfect match. I will have Kurt & Mika review it early next week. – – – Dave
