The painters are continuing with the interior staining on the trim, windows and doors. The tile crew is finishing the two guest baths, and will be moving into the Guest Master Bath as soon as the painters move out of that area. They have most of the Master Bath floor tile removed, and will be starting the prep. for the heated floor next week. The excavator has backfilled the well, and is prepping the front walkway. The 3 landing pads for the deck stairs were poured this morning. Lower Valley Energy hooked up the natural gas this morning, and we should have the boiler going early next week, and have the floor heat on just in time for the temps. to drop later next week. The plumber installed the hot water heaters this week. I’ve got over half of the steel panels for the chimney pre-rusted, and will start to install them next week. The door hardware has arrived at Rocky Mountain Hardware in town, and just needs to be picked up. – – – Dave
