The excavators finished up on site with hauling the last of the demo waste. They did what backfill they can for now, and finished up the new waterline. They brought in a skidsteer to brush the street off and make the neighbors happy until they next appear. Rusty & crew have been working on prepping the subfloor for the framers and pony walls in the crawlspace. The framers are mobilizing and working on setting holddowns, plating, and layout. They have almost all the subfloor finished up, and will start on exterior walls next week.
