The painters will finish up the Master Suite this weekend, and will also have the Entry/Mud Room/Powder Room area completed. They are already working on the Kitchen/Dining and Office areas. The electricians have started trim-out in the Master Suite, and continue to trim-out behind the painters. The wood stairs are underway, and hopefully start to progress a little faster. The chimney cap was set today, and the metal roofing will be installed on it as soon as the electricians finish wiring for the motorized damper. The hardscape work is taking shape, with the boulders set around the Master Terrace, and the retaining wall along the driveway nearing completion. The propane tank is in the ground, and the trench for the line into the house is completed. Amerigas will be onsite Tuesday to run the gas line, then we can get it inspected and backfilled. Next week will be very busy, with the shower enclosures going in, the plumbers back to hook-up the water and start trimming out, the hydronic radiators being installed, carpet starting mid-week, interior and exterior railings being finished, hopefully the countertops completed, and later in the week, appliances. – – – Dave
