Fall weather is in full force this week. Temperatures are much cooler and leaves are changing all over the valley. We took delivery of the hot tub yesterday. It is set in place and ready to be hooked up and filled. We will discuss the layout of the bluestone cap on Monday when we meet on site. The HVAC and plumbing subs have been working on the mechanical room, installing furnaces, fixtures, faucets, gas fireplaces, hydronic controls, etc. The electrician has been working on additional trim out of light fixtures where possible, as well as the hydronic controls. The painters have been in the basement staining and lacquering the trim and doors, and just have one more coat of paint on the walls before the basement is ready for trim out. The carpenters are upstairs in the master wing installing baseboard, and also rehanging doors and installing door hardware. Fates flooring has completed install on the first floor, and is working in the basement. The countertops for the kitchen, breakfast, and powder rooms were delivered and installed on Tuesday, and the cabinet installer continues to work on the master closets and the few remaining miscellaneous pieces for install.
