Two days of cold and snow this week, and we’re hoping they’re the last. The insulators were on site and finished spraying the master wing and most of the great room. They’ll finish up the rest of the first floor and part of the basement next week. HVAC was on site working on the remaining supply and return ducts for the west wing, and also delivered all the chimney pipe for the great room fireplace. We had the concrete cutting truck on site for the past three days, cutting basement and crawlspace holes for all the trades that needed them. The excavator is prepping slabs for the terraces, and he is digging the waterline over to the guest house today. The painters have been on site all week, and have the east wing primered. As of this morning they have most of the ceilings painted. The floor tile is down in all 3 guest bedrooms, and all the shower pans and walls are prepped and ready for tile to continue next week. Door casing at the ARU is also coming along nicely, and looks great.
